1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between GlobalMart International Limited and consumers for goods and services offered through our online shop. A consumer is any natural person who acts for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By completing the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

The ordering process includes the following steps:

  3. Continue to checkout
  4. Entering shipping and payment information
  5. Order verification
  6. Click on “Submit order”

4. Storage of the contract

We save your order data and send it to you via email. The Terms and Conditions are available at any time at https://www.kiddiephone.store/pages/agb. You can view previous orders via your customer account.

5. Prices and payment

All prices listed on our website include applicable taxes. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

6. Delivery

7. Retention of title

8. Right of withdrawal (only for EU customers)

Consumers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
