Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to his or her commercial nor to his or her independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us ( Global Mart International Limited , Flat 5, 4/F, Won Hing Building 74-78 Stanley Street Central, Hong Kong , Email: info@kiddiephone.com , of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. You will pay the direct costs of returning the goods, including all applicable customs duties, taxes or fees that arise during the return shipment. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
• the supply of goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
• the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
